With a deep passion for fitness and the human body, I bring a wealth of expertise to my Pilates practice. Born and raised in the Philippines, I moved to New Zealand in 2007, where my interest in movement began through nine years of competitive baseball, training up to six hours a week with a private coach. This formative experience sparked my curiosity about how the body works and laid the foundation for my lifelong pursuit of fitness and wellness.
After experiencing an injury following childbirth, I sought a safe and effective way to heal and improve my mobility. Pilates proved to be the ideal solution, and in 2024, I decided to become fully certified to help others discover its benefits. I trained with Suna Pilates under the mentorship of Libby Jeyes, a seasoned instructor with over 20 years of experience. I am now certified in Mat, Reformer, Rehab, and Pregnancy Pilates, equipping me with a comprehensive understanding of how to tailor exercises for various needs.
I am currently expanding my expertise as a full-time student at the New Zealand College of Chinese Medicine, studying Wellness, Relaxation, and Remedial Massage. With a strong commitment to lifelong learning, I am dedicated to offering my community a complete range of exercise, rehabilitation, and wellness services, helping individuals heal, strengthen, and move with ease.
