Himeka Ishikawa

Hello! Nice to meet you. I'm Himeka Ishikawa, the Japanese teacher.

First of all, I am very happy that you are interested in Japanese and want to learn about it.

I was born and raised in Japan, but every time I go abroad to study or travel, I learn from people all over the world about how wonderful and interesting they think the Japanese language and culture are. I am really happy and proud. I think that learning Japanese is fun, but I know there are also some challenges with learning a new language. I'm also studying English, so I understand that feeling very well. I may make a lot of mistakes in my English, but if that happens, please feel free to teach me too.

 

Rather than being a teacher, I would like to discover Japanese alongside you, and I would like to share the fun of learning Japanese as we think and learn together, whatever your reasons for learning the Japanese language.
