I have built a substantial career in hospitality over the last 25 years and have a wealth of experience working within the restaurants and cafes of Auckland and abroad. My true passion however lies with travels to Mexico to indulge in their vibrant culture and especially tasting the beautiful, complex cuisine built up over the ages.
I enjoy studying the heritage recipes from various regions of Mexico and have partaken in several cooking school experiences in Oaxaca amongst others to garner further experience in this space.
Currently I live out on Auckland’s west coast at Piha where I enjoy surfing, long walks on the beach with my fiancé and listening to jazz.

School Holidays: When courses are running the office is open 9:00am - 4:00pm
