Description
Course fee subsidy
This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizens, migrants with residency class visas, and refugees. In some cases, spouses of these people may also qualify for a subsidy. Please enquire at the office. The subsidised course fee is $25.
Conditions: the learner must be aged 16 years or older and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. You must commit to attending at least 80% of your course.
We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency or refugee status.

This course will be useful for those who wish to study computerised accounting (eg Xero or MYOB) but do not have the prerequisite business process knowledge.
Who should attend?
Those with no prior accounting knowledge who wish to understand the necessary financial processes for running a small business. Those who wish to learn a computerised accounting software package but lack prerequisite knowledge.
