Come and learn the basics of decorating cakes using rolled fondant, butter icing and piping techniques. Create an icing picture and put it all together to produce the completed cakes.

Learn to decorate cakes with a professional! Join chef Tim Gasson to be inspired and learn the basics of cake decorating such as:
A small list of equipment will be sent when you register. This will include bowls, tea towels and any cake decorating equipment you already own. If you don't own any equipment, there will be equipment available to use during the classes and Tim will provide advice on what to buy if you plan to continue. On the last night, Tim will invite you to bring a cake to decorate with the skills you have learned. Your course fee includes all icing ingredients ($28).
This course is designed for those who are new (or relatively new) to cake decorating.
