Description
Succulent pieces of marinated chicken cooked in a rich, tangy, spicy sauce, served with fluffy rice. Yum. Learn how with Vinay and add this popular dish to your repertoire. At the end of the evening, you'll get to enjoy what you've made (or take yours home). All ingredients are provided and a materials charge of $18 is included within your workshop fee.

About your tutor
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
