Learn to make a luscious and delicious lentil curry, steeped in traditional herbs and spices, accompanied by an absorption method vegetable rice pilaf. Super delish, super healthy and super quick. The perfect curry in a hurry! Your workshop fee includes all ingredients and a materials charge of $21 is included within your course fee.
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
