Shu cream is a Japanese dessert inspired by the famous French "choux cream." Although these decadent puffs are French in origin, they have become a Japanese culinary staple that kids of many generations have grown up eating. They are available everywhere from high-end patisseries to vending machines. Here is your chance to make your own!

I’m a Japanese pastry chef and mum. I have been living New Zealand for five years and I run a small patisserie business from home. I hope to share my love of baking with you all.
