This is a fun and creative workshop suitable for jewellery enthusiasts, both beginners and those with some experience who want to include resin work within their practice. Participants will learn how to achieve exciting colour combinations mixing pigments and glitters through different pouring techniques such as marble, dots, swirls and layers, casting multiple shapes in fast curing resin using the tutor's custom made silicone moulds to create stunning and unique jewellery to take home and treasure for life.
All materials are included within the course fee. Students will have time to make 5-6 items during the workshop.
All levels of experience welcome.

Visual artist Maca Bernal is renowned for her mindfully designed, handcrafted contemporary jewellery. Best known for her work Links, pioneered in 2015, She explores alternative ideas of value in her jewellery. Born in Chile, based in New Zealand since 2012, She has studied jewellery in both Chile and New Zealand, obtaining a Master’s Degree from the Otago Polytechnic, Dunedin School of Arts in 2018.
