Included in this course will be :
- Indian tortilla roll wraps with a chicken tikka filling.
- Paneer (Indian firm cottage cheese) wrap rolls.
- Vietnamese Rice Paper rolls.
- And a Thai spicy beef step fry salad with a delicious spicy citrus flavour.
Each evening you'll prepare the recipes with Vinay's expert help, and get to taste the dishes.
What to bring
