During this course we will be making a traditional delicious Japanese rolled sponge cake. You will learn to create a light sponge and a delicious cream filling to create a sponge roll, then get tips and tricks from Yu to decorate your roll to cakery quality.
A tea towel. An apron. A container to bring home your baking. Your lunch. All ingredients are included within your course fee.
I’m a Japanese pastry chef and mum. I have been living New Zealand for five years and I run a small patisserie business from home. I hope to share my love of baking with you all.
