Join Sushila and learn to source and prepare an array of Fijian Indian vegetarian meals emphasising healthy cooking techniques. You will learn how to incorporate nutritious ingredients such as tropical fruits, vegetables, and herbs to create balanced, mouthwatering meals.
Each class will feature hands-on cooking demonstrations, where you will master traditional Fijian Indian recipes while also gaining insights into the cultural significance of these dishes .

This course is offered over four evenings starting 19 March or a weekend workshop on 27 September 10am - 4pm. Ingredients are supplied and charges for this are included in your course fee.

I am originally from Fiji. My grandmother taught me how to cook traditional Fijian food, how to source the right ingredients and how to understand the spices. This has given me a passion for the food of Fiji and I would love to share this with my students.
