Join Vinay for an evening of learning, cooking and eating. In this class, Vinay will show you how to make saag paneer with the flavours of India.

Learn to make the takeaway favourite - lovely soft pieces of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) in a rich, creamy, mildly spicy delicious spinach sauce. Vinay will teach you his special tips and tricks for making these dish super-tasty. We'll supply all the ingredients and your workshop fee includes a materials charge of $18.
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
