Learn to make amazing flavour-packed chicken skewers with boneless marinated chicken pieces, using the warm spices and flavours of exotic Turkey. With this you will learn to make a bulgur pilaf - a rice substitute that is super tasty and high in fibre. All ingredients are supplied and an ingredients charge of $21 has been included within your workshop fee.
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
