It is so easy to slip into unhelpful ways of communicating when we are under stress or tension. We can blame, shame, accuse, nag, demand and judge others and ourselves. Learn some life changing tools to help connect you to yourself and the people around you with authenticity, compassion and clarity, in a way that can meet both your needs and their needs.
Please note there is NO refund or transfer if you cancel less than 5 working days in advance of a class starting. Our refund policy can be read in full here.
This course offers a course fee subsidy through funding from the Tertiary Education Commission (TEC) for NZ citizen and permanent migrant adults, their partners on work visas or visitor visas, and refugees. To qualify, registrants should be over the age of 16 years and not currently enrolled in a secondary school. We need to collect extra information such as age, ethnicity, educational achievement and gender for statistical purposes. You must also provide evidence of NZ citizenship, residency or refugee status if requested. A condition of accepting a course fee subsidy is that you commit to at least 80% attendance of your course. The subsidised course fee is $45.

This course is not designed as a couple's counselling course, but if you would like to attend as a couple, please contact the office to put you in touch with the tutor. Charlotte can discuss this with you to create the best learning situation.
