    Description

    About the course

In this full-day hands-on workshop, you'll set up Claude CoWork (Claude's desktop app) and use it to do tasks you'd normally spend hours on. You'll connect it to your calendar, email, and key apps. You'll set up a morning briefing that runs automatically every day. You'll organise files, summarise meeting notes, and create branded visual assets without needing a designer.
By the end of the day, you'll have a working AI setup personalised to your own work, not just a list of features you've seen someone else demo.
This is not a beginner's course. You should already have a basic familiarity with Claude or a similar AI assistant before attending.
Important: A paid Claude plan (Pro or higher) is required to participate in this course. A free Claude account will not give you access to the features we cover. If you're not sure which plan you have, check at claude.ai before enrolling.

    Expected learning outcomes

By the end of this workshop, you'll be able to:

    • Set up and personalise Claude CoWork so it knows how you work
    • Connect CoWork to your calendar, email, and apps to work with live information
    • Get a structured daily briefing delivered automatically every morning
    • Summarise meeting notes and extract action items using your AI note taker
    • Organise files and folders using plain-language instructions
    • Schedule recurring tasks so CoWork handles them without being asked
    • Create branded visual assets and slide decks using Claude Design

    Who should attend?

    • Professionals, staff members, and anyone who uses a computer for work
    • Small business owners and sole traders who want to get more from the tools they already pay for
    • Admins, marketers, and consultants spending too much time on repetitive tasks
    • Knowledge workers who have a paid Claude plan but aren't sure they're using it well
    • Anyone who wants their AI assistant to actually do things, not just answer questions

You need basic computer skills (web browsing, copy-and-paste, opening apps, creating accounts) and a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher). You should already be using Claude or a similar AI assistant like ChatGPT before attending.

If you're brand new to AI entirely, we recommend starting with one of our introductory AI workshops first.

    What to bring

Bring your laptop if available or you can use the computers in class.
