    This course introduces participants to the foundational principles of Ayurveda and their practical application for maintaining physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Participants will learn daily routines, nutrition guidelines, stress-management techniques, and lifestyle practices rooted in Ayurveda. The course is suitable for anyone interested in natural health, expectant parents, caregivers, and wellness enthusiasts.

    About your tutor, Dr Madhura Dhatrak

    Dr. Madhura S. Dhatrak is an Ayurvedic physician and educator with experience in holistic wellness, women’s health, and Garbha Sanskar. She is passionate about empowering individuals through traditional Ayurvedic knowledge that supports balanced living and mindful pregnancy. Her teaching style blends classical Ayurvedic wisdom with practical, easy-to-apply lifestyle guidance, making ancient concepts accessible to modern learners with scientific evidences. Alongside her clinical and teaching background, she has led medico-marketing initiatives, created scientific content for digital platforms, and delivered educational sessions across social media, podcasts, and public forums. She has been invited as a speaker at Rotary Club, YPO Amsterdam, YPO Bombay, and has appeared on Lokmat News Channel as an Ayurvedic expert. Her passion lies in making Ayurvedic wisdom accessible, practical, and relevant for modern lifestyles.

    • Understand foundational Ayurvedic principles and how they apply to daily health.

    • Gain knowledge of Garbha Sanskar for pre- and post-natal well-being.

    • Apply practical Ayurvedic techniques to support physical, emotional, and mental balance.

    Course outline

    Session 1: Introduction to Ayurveda – Doshas, Prakriti, and basic principles of balance

    Session 2: Ayurvedic daily routines (Dinacharya), seasonal routines (Ritucharya), and lifestyle practices

    Session 3: Ayurvedic nutrition fundamentals, digestion (Agni), and food combinations

    Session 4: Introduction to Garbha Sanskar – prenatal care, mental well-being, and emotional nurturing

    Session 5: Post-natal care – recovery, nutrition, breastfeeding support, and strengthening practices

    Session 6: Practical techniques: meditation, breathing practices, simple Ayurvedic remedies, Q&A
