    Description

Discover the bold, expressive world of bleach painting—a fun and accessible way to turn plain T-shirts into wearable art.

In this creative hands-on workshop, you’ll explore how bleach can be used as a drawing, painting, and pattern-making medium, giving fabric a beautifully unpredictable and completely unique effect.

    Expected learning outcomes

You’ll work with three different T-shirt colours and learn three distinctive bleach-painting techniques, from controlled brushwork to dramatic stencilled or abstract designs. Along the way, you’ll learn essential safety tips, creative tricks, and inspiring ways to personalise your work.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with multiple finished pieces—and the confidence to upcycle your old tees at home and transform them into stylish, one-of-a-kind garments.

    What to bring

    • Your lunch. We'll provide tea and coffee in the staffroom.
    • Bring an apron to protect your clothing.

    Who should attend?

Adults, suitable for beginners as well as for those with a little experience and for crafters or artists looking for a new form of expression.
