In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to create fresh pasta from scratch, rolling and cutting it to perfection, and pairing it with a vibrant, aromatic fresh basil pesto. Your chef will guide you through each step, sharing tips and techniques to master these classic Italian dishes.
To finish the night on a sweet note, you'll also learn how to make a simple yet indulgent Tiramisu, the beloved Italian dessert. This easy-to-follow recipe will have you assembling layers of creamy mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers in no time, leaving you with a delicious homemade dessert to enjoy.
