Join Vinay for an evening of learning, cooking and eating as he helps you to make Pad Thai and fresh green salad.
We will learn to make this popular and iconic national dish of Thailand, widely enjoyed as both street food and restaurant fare worldwide. It is known for its harmonious balance of sweet, sour, and salty flavors. We will also make a quick and easy green salad with a spicy, tangy, umami dressing.
A tea towel and a container in case there are leftovers.
Vinay is a self taught chef, combining a passion for food with a structured logic to his cooking. He has cooked in practically every country in Europe, picking up intricate skills and techniques along the way. He has also run his own cooking school and is passionate about teaching and inspiring people to get joy from their food. With his fun and enthusiastic approach, he is gaining quite a following at Selwyn Community Education.
